Thermal Efficiency
Ply Gem Insulate Series Windows are designed to provide maximum energy efficiency. A multiple chambered frame and minimum 1/2" airspace minimize heat conduction and increase energy savings. The glazing tape is not exposed to the elements and is less likely to deteriorate.

With Ply Gem's optional Thermaflect glazing system including Thermaflect Low "E" glass, low-conductance spacer and argon gas, Insulate Series windows meet ENERGY STAR guidelines while enhancing the structural integrity of the overall window.

Product Construction
Aluminum reinforcement in the meeting rail is standard in Insulate Series slider and single-hung windows to provide extra strength in the frame and a solid anchor for the cam lock strike mechanism. Anti-lift blocks are a standard feature on slider windows and make it virtually impossible for the sash to be removed from the outside. The window must be completely open before the sash can be lifted out of the frame.

Easy Operation
Brass rollers are standard on slider windows and are not susceptible to warping as they glide evenly over the track, ensuring smooth operation for the life of the window.

Optimum Product Performance
The low point-high pressure weep system keeps moistures on the outside. The weep channel is recessed below the track creating the low point. At this point the pressure is the highest, forcing water out of the frame. An optional sound control package significantly reduces sound transmission to increase the quite, comfort and sense of privacy in your home. Continuous weather stripping provides airtight protection to keep your home draft-free.

A Variety of Options
Pre-punched nail fin options - flush fin, 1", 1-3/8" and J-channel - are available for easy-fit installation in both new home construction and remodeling applications. The optional Insulair Passive Fresh Air Ventilation System has an attractive, streamlined look with a no-hood design to ventilation without opening the window. It includes an installed insect screen. Color choices: white or almond. Grid between the glass are color coordinated. Sculptured or flat grids are installed between the glass panes during manufacturing for easy glass cleaning.
